Prompt Delivery: We are backed by a very responsive team who is working hard to ensure that all the medicines reach at the customer’s end within the promised time frame.

Working Days: Our delivery team remains active 7 days a week to deliver medicines always on-time.

Order Shipment: We assure that your order reaches at your end with a maximum of 21 business days. Though we begin the process of delivery within 24 hours, yet in some rare condition, it might take extra time.

Change in address: If in any case, you want to change the delivery address, please notify us before time to avoid delay in your shipment. Doing this will help us to arrange the shipment for the new address.

Invalid Address: If the address given by you is found invalid or any fault in the address for any reason, then you must provide us with the new address for your medicine delivery.

Not available at location: If for any reason, you are away from home and we don’t find anyone to deliver the order, then we will leave a notification for the second attempt. But, if our all attempts get a failure, we consider it as null and you will be responsible to pay the charges for packaging and courier.

Order withholding: We hold all the rights to withhold your shipment delivery if the customer is not able to show any ID proof.
